Order Cancellation

Assembly & Replacement Parts

If you need assembly assistance or replacement parts, please reach out to our support team. We’ll provide detailed guidance or ship replacement parts when necessary to ensure your setup goes smoothly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Tiooii Customer Service right away. Kindly provide clear photos of the issue along with a brief description, and our team will respond within 24 hours with a suitable and fair resolution.

Undelivered Products or Missing Accessories

All Tiooii products are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse with reliable tracking.

If your order or any accessories have not arrived, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the delivery status and coordinating with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms that the package was not delivered, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

However, if the carrier confirms successful delivery and no evidence indicates otherwise, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Return Policy

We accept returns under our standard Amazon policy within 30 days of delivery.

However, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

①The purchase was made over 30 days ago.
